We are now looking for an experienced Engagement Manager who wants to lead and build our next generation development teams that specialize in Low-Code and OutSystems development platform. Low-code builds on visual modeling where the code is automatically generated by the tool. This enables significantly faster delivery and a more flexible and agile development model. What is exciting about this particular role is that it is a combination of team leader with budget and resource responsibility at the same time as you act as SCRUM master and agile coach for the team.

Your weekday

As an Engagement Manager at Bright Skills, you are a key person for both the team and the customer. You will be an operational leader and drive work through daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives. You are responsible for the entire delivery to the customer and will drive the the team forward. Your goal is to build long-term sustainable relationships with the customer.

Examples of tasks:

• Participate in requirements gatering, scheduling and planning
• Agile coach for the team in order to continuously improve the team's delivery ability
• Ensure that the delivery achieves set goals regarding time, cost and quality
• Plan and be involved in rollout, implementation, installation and training
